VILLAGE OF MANLIUS - TAX COLLECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I, Lisa Baker, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes, in and for the Village of Manlius, New York, have received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the Fiscal Year June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026, and will attend at the Village of Manlius, One Arkie Albanese Ave., Manlius, New York between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm, Monday through Thursday and Friday 8 am to noon, closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. After July 1, 2026, a fee of five percent (5%) will be charged for the first month and an additional one percent (1%) for each month and fraction thereof thereafter until paid.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE a second notice of taxes due will be mailed to the owner of each delinquent tax parcel on or about August 16, 2026 and the expense of mailing the aforementioned notice is Two Dollars ($2.00) for each parcel and is an additional penalty chargeable against each parcel and will be collected from August 16, 2026 to November 1, 2026, at the time of tax payment.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that no taxes will be collected after November 1, 2026 and the Tax Roll of the Village of Manlius will be returned to the County of Onondaga for collection.

VILLAGE OF MANLIUS - PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Village of Manlius for the period beginning on June 1, 2023 and ending on March 31, 2025 have been examined by the office of the state comptroller and that the report of examination prepared by the office of the state comptroller has been filed in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to section thirty-five of the general municipal law, the governing board of the Village of Manlius has determined to prepare a written response to the report of examination prepared by the office of the state comptroller and will file such response, when completed, in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons not later than March 12, 2026.
